Designed by Pierre Frutschi, this Garcia Passoa 50 "Soleil" - built in France in 1997 to exacting specifications. These yachts are loved by serious yachtsman for their robustness and excellent seakeeping.
The yacht has had a recent refit including, but not limited to, new mainsail, new genoa, new floor panels throughout - cabins and salon. new worktops in the galley, new cooker and refrigerator, new leather upholstery in the salon. Main engine and gearbox rebuilt, generator rebuilt. New forestay and bow thruster overhaul.
The current owners have owned the yacht since 2000.
Berth lease (Prime Location) in Pört Vauban, Antibes is also available for sale - approximately 30 months remain.

Conçu par Pierre Frutschi, ce Garcia Passoa 50 "Soleil" a été construit en France en 1997 selon des spécifications rigoureuses. Ces yachts sont appréciés par les plaisanciers sérieux pour leur robustesse et leur excellente tenue en mer.
Ce bateau a récemment bénéficier d'un refit avec notamment une nouvelle grand-voile, un nouveau génois, de nouveaux panneaux de plancher dans les cabines et le salon, de nouveaux plans de travail dans la cuisine, une nouvelle cuisinière, un nouveau réfrigérateur et une nouvelle sellerie en cuir dans le salon. Moteur principal et boîte de vitesse refaits, générateur refait. Nouvel étai et révision du propulseur d'étrave.
Les propriétaires actuels possèdent le bateau depuis 2000.
