Boat Description

The Golden Hind 31 is a deeply traditional Maurice Griffiths design, known for its reliability and sturdy offshore cruising capabilities. This yacht features a traditional wooden hull, deck, and superstructure, offering the unique ambience of a classic vessel. Its moderate draft allows for easy cruising in shallow coastal waters. The boat, named Trigger, has been well cared for by her three owners and is in exceptional condition. It is well worth inspection.

Built in 1973 by Terry Erskine Yachts to a design by Maurice Griffiths, the construction features:

• Aft self-draining cockpit (recently rebuilt)
• Long keel with external cast iron ballast and bilge plates
• Keel/transom hung rudder
• Tiller steering
• All below waterline seacocks are Blakes in bronze
• Two combing helm seats
• Stainless steel safety rails and guard wires

Only 3 owners from new; the vendor purchased in 2010.
