This vessel experienced a complete REPOWER in 2012 along with new fuel tanks and a new generator. The hard part has been done! An ideal cruising/loop vessel with reliable systems for years to come! Only exterior cosmetics needed to complete the job! AIMS Inverter insures 110v power underway for refrigeration without running the generator.

This vessel experienced a complete REPOWER in 2012 along with new fuel tanks and a new generator. The hard part has been done! An ideal cruising/loop vessel with reliable systems for years to come! Only exterior cosmetics needed to complete the job! AIMS Inverter insures 110v power underway for refrigeration without running the generator.

After acquiring the vessel in late 2016…the current owners added the inverter, watermaker and other improvements, then made an extended cruise to the Bahamas.

The boat has been returned to St Petersburg and put up for sale.

****The LLC in which the boat is held as sole asset…is also available to pass through to any buyer.  There is a waiting list for these marina slips and this one MAY be available******

FUEL TANKS REPLACED WITH (4) FOUR 150 GALLON TANKS----TWO IN TANDEM EACH SIDE………………………2012

This vessel had both engines replaced in 2012 with John Deere 6.8 -233 hp (reported as NEW)….. 988 HOURS as of 6/11/2019)

In 2012 Generator was also added reported as NEW : 10KW KOHLER----with  672 HOURS as of 6/11/2019

The old Westerbeke 8 KW is currently inoperative.

New teak swim platform installed in 2018

All new batteries added in APRIL 2019

New AIM 4KW inverter added in 2017

All new soft goods on the interior and window treatments in

Headliner in salon replaced in 2012

Galley

The standard Grand Banks Grunert refrigeration and deep freeze hold for hours without running the generator.

There is also a S.S deep double sink, Microwave oven and (3) burner Princess stove and oven. This galley features a vast amount of storage and has an “under cabin sole” storage area as well.

Guest Cabin

Forward of the galley is the guest stateroom which has a private head with sink and large separate shower. The cabin is in the “vee berth” configuration.

Salon

Aft Cabin

This cabin also has an ensuite head with separate shower. A queen berth is to starboard.

A long bench seat/berth to port with storage under. An aft access hatch is provided.

Fly Bridge

The flybridge seating is twin fore and aft seats for two---giving ample seating for eight.

There is a S.S propane BBQ mounted on the aft bridge rail for grilling.

A Northstar 6000i GPS, a VHF and the Furuno Autopilot are helm mounted.

Lifesling throwable device on the Aft bridge rail.
