This design with its semi displacement round bilge hull form had a good reputation for soft riding and seaworthiness. The early boats were timber constructed and with distinctive low profile superstructure. This vessel purchased in 1987 from the Elephant Boatyard, is of GRP and with a fly bridge atop with a bespoke radar arch and powder coated alloy mast.
