Engines and transmissions were removed. NO ENGINES OR TRANSMISSIONS are in the boat nor are they included in the sale. They were Detroit 8v71's. Generator is working and was repaired. The 2 air conditioners are functioning and also were repaired.

Project Status

The Yacht is a salvage project. It sunk several years ago. Renovations were completed Sept 2022 for below decks and top decks.

The current owner supervised a 3 year complete rebuild of the entire downstairs and main salon. The teak wood looks amazing as does the fit and finish throughout. Review the pictures in the listing. The seller states that he spent $125,000 in the process.

Future Potential

The next owner will need to complete the project by installing engines or to use it for a live aboard, rental or Air bnb.
