Flipper is a stunning 2003 Holiday Mansion 400 Classic, a custom build and a one owner vessel. The original owners have made numerous tasteful upgrades throughout the years, and she has spent her entire life in freshwater under covered slips on the California Delta. Access the salon through a wide sliding door (screened) on the starboard side, where the lower helm is located alongside a convertible sofa to port and a matching swivel chair to starboard. The well-appointed galley is down two steps on the port side, with a spacious convertible dinette opposite. The master stateroom is located aft and features a custom queen-size full walk-around pedestal bed with ample storage underneath. There is also a private head with a separate stall shower. An additional hinged exit door (with screen) opens to the aft deck from the master stateroom, allowing for extra natural light and fresh air. Forward of the salon and down easy stairs is a second head to port and a guest stateroom beneath the main salon/helm area.

The exterior of Flipper is designed for entertaining and enjoying the sun, whether cruising or anchoring in your favorite getaway spot. The foredeck is spacious and includes a full-width built-in cushioned bench seat. Large side decks with stainless steel railings provide safe and easy access to the two-tier aft decks. From the main deck level, a stainless steel ladder leads down to the fiberglass swim platform. Alternatively, five molded steps take you to the expansive open second-level deck, which leads up three more steps to the flybridge with an upper helm station, complete with built-in cushioned seating all around for guests while underway.

She is powered by twin Volvo Penta 280 HP 5.7 Liter GI stern drives with 250 / 260 hours. Additionally, she features an 8Kw Kohler generator for extended comfortable cruising and overnighting.
