A number of upgrades have been made to this boat, including new wood burner, hot water heated by 240V immersion and engine, complete repaint in 2014, new raw water pump 2013, new fridge, new VHF, new cooker. Accommodation
5 berths in 2 cabins. A double berth in the aft cabin . Double and single berth in open planned saloon with linear galley. The galley has a new 3 burner hob with oven and grill. Large 3 way (12v/240v/gas) fridge, single stainless steel sink with hot and cold water from 240V Immersion Heater and engine. A large amount of storage space beneath a long worktop. New Carpets and curtains throughout.
The saloon has a table and forward seating area that can also convert into a double berth. There is a newly fitted wood burner stove. A flat screen TV A door opens out on to the forward cockpit area which has a removable hard cover.
A large heads with marine toilet with holding tank, shower with hot and cold pressurised water and wash basin.
Mechanical Systems
Located under engine box in saloon a BMC 50HP naturally aspirated 4 cylinder diesels engine last serviced June 2013. Saltwater cooled with heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start. Shaft drive to a bronze 3 blade fixed prop.
3 x 12v batteries, (1x engine new 2016, 2 x domestic new 2012) with total of 300 Ah charging from alternator and battery charger via 240V shore power.
