Murena II is based on a successful IOR 1/2 ton design with 580 made between 1979 and 1985. A number of different versions of the Rush 31 were available and looking at the Ron Holland designed hull it is obvious that Murena II is a fast vessel.  While she may not compete these days for 'Line Honours' she should be a serious contender.

Murena II has been recently fitted out with comfortable fast cruising in mind. Add a hull speed of nearly 7 knots and cruising speed of 5 knots she would make passages to those distant shores most enjoyable and that little bit quicker.

If the wind drops and you are becalmed the reconditioned engine with new exhaust elbow, fuel pump, fuel lines, oil pup, alternator, filters, oil etc will get you home safely and with ease.

ACCOMMODATION - Murena II has undergone extensive refurbishment over the past couple of years with superb attention to detail. New memory foam upholstery with removable chenille covers in saloon and cabin in contemporary grey/blue with matching grey insulated linings provide a comfortable and stylish seating area with 6' headroom.  12V LED lighting throughout with multiple USB ports, clock, barometer, MP3 player and DVD. There is a double v-verth in the forecabin plus the saloon converts to a double with the single quarter berth allowing sleeping for 5. The galley is well equipped with a refurbished cooker with oven, 2 burners and grill. The regulator and hoses were replaced in 2022 and there are 2 gas bottles.
