DESCRIPTION

OWNER VERSION! NEVER CHARTERED!

EXTREMELY CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED.

The Lagoon 440 is an ideal family boat, or perfect for a couple that loves the cruising lifestyle. Built for comfort and efficient sailing, the Lagoon gull-wing shaped bridge deck allows deflection of water and a smoother passage through the waves as narrow hulls reduce pitching motion.

The hulls and decks are hand laid and resin-infused; solid fiberglass below the waterline with closed cell foam core above the waterline in the hulls to reduce weight and increase stiffness; Balsa-cored decks have solid fiberglass in areas where there is deck hardware.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! This is a VERY clean boat. The current owners have taken immaculate care to keep this boat in pristine condition! KERYGMA is a NEVER CHARTERED, OWNER'S VERSION (3 cabin/ 2 head vessel), with only 3 owners. The current owners converted the 3rd head (port, aft) to a storage room, for wet weather gear, by removing holding tank and toilet. The vanity and shower remain in place. The starboard hull is the luxurious owner’s suite with extensive storage and the 2-seat settee & desk set-up amidships.

She has a 220V/12V electrical system. Several upgrades have been undertaken by the current owners including brand new SD60 saildrives!

KERYGMA spent her first years in the Mediterranean, being sailed and cared for by a professional yachtsman, crossed the Atlantic to the Caribbean in 2022, where the current owners bought her and sailed her to the US in 2023. She is currently on the hard in Cardinal, VA.
