INDIGO III is a spectacular performance catamaran. Plumb bows, straight sheer line, a "taller" mast that reaches 105 feet give this VPLP design a stunning profile. This Lagoon 67S (S for Sport) truly stands apart from its peers both in looks and performance.

More than 750.000 Euros of modifications and equipment were added to this Sport version at construction.

Compared to the standard model, this unique Lagoon 67S is a lighter weight and much more powerful version of the Lagoon 67. It is 1.5 tons lighter, a 15% and 45% increase of the sail area upwind and downwind respectively, give this 67 another dimension under sail. The taller mast is tapered for weight reduction aloft. She is constructed with a carbon skeleton (transversal and longitudinal hull structure elements) and carbon beams, making the platform especially stiff. Carbon rudder stocks combined with JP3 competition steering assembly provide excellent touch at the wheels. She is a blast to drive and has reached the high 20kts under sail.

INDIGO III is a two owner yacht that has always been professionally run and maintained. The first owner used her lightly and kept her in the Mediterranean. Her second owner completed an extensive refit inbefore embarking on a circumnavigation with friends and family. She has never chartered. The refit highlights include new hull and coach paint, new carbon bimini hardtop, new sails, new standing and running rigging and new engines.

INDIGO III is currently crossing the Atlantic en route to the Dominican Republic. She will be available for showings from mid December 2019. Please review and her specification, photos and video and enquire to arrange a showing.

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • It has a higher mast, longer boom, carbon structure, vertical bows, cable racing steering by GP III making it lighter than other Lagoon 67's.
  • Hull/Deck Material, Sandwich & Construction Material:Hull built using
a vacuum-bag sandwich balsa laminate with quadriaxial weave glass cloth, carbon reinforcement hydroply impregnated with resin.
  • The deck is made of balsa wood sandwich with hardwood inserts
  • The deck hull joint is ensured by polyester sealant bonding and reinforced by the aluminium rail rivets.
  • An effort was made by the builder and client to center weight as
much as possible. Thus, engines are not the standard
ā€œVā€ drive, but shaft drive with the engines moved forward under
    the after cabin berths.
  • Interior construction was built using Nidacore panels for furniture and floor panels.
  • A professional crew continues to take excellent care of INDIGO III.
  • She is always checked, clean and maintained to the highest standard and is in very good condition
  • Her carbon construction + the 29,80 meter mast make INDIGO II the fastest
Lagoon 67 of the 5 built.
