Accommodations / Walkthrough

VELOCE was delivered new in 2016 to an experienced and knowledgeable owner. VELOCE has always been kept in pristine condition and has very low hours. The Lanzarote Veloce Ventuno 73 has been skillfully crafted by renowned yacht builder South Coast Marine, which for more than two decades has built world-class Nordhavn motor yachts for Pacific Asian Enterprises (P.A.E.). With design and engineering support from P.A.E., South Coast has created a truly unique and impressive Italian inspired design, high-speed luxury cruiser. The interior is sumptuously finished with rich walnut cabinetry, walnut and carpeted flooring, custom stone counter tops and a tasteful blend of rich fabrics.

Salon

The full beam salon is open from the aft deck to the forward helm station, with large side windows and side deck doors allowing abundant natural light and fresh air. The salon area includes a large flat panel TV and entertainment center featuring a Bose surround sound system throughout the entire boat. The spacious salon has two leather upholstered chairs to starboard and an L-shaped leather couch to port. The galley is forward on the port side with the spiral staircase up to the flybridge, wine cooler, dining table and settee to starboard. The fully equipped helm station is located all the way forward on this main deck. The day head is to port of the helm station just before the companionway stairs to the lower deck.

Galley

The on-deck galley features walnut flooring and stone countertops. Galley equipment includes a Miele three burner ceramic cook top, Miele oven, Miele built in ventilation hood, Miele dishwasher and Subzero refrigerator with two drawer freezers.

The master stateroom is fitted with a custom king-sized bed, ample storage, nightstands, cabinets, TV and stereo. The hanging lockers are all cedar lined. The large side windows and overhead opening hatch provide abundant natural light and ventilation. The ensuite master head features a large glass enclosed shower, Techma head and tile floor.

VIP Stateroom

The two guest VIP staterooms are located aft, on port and starboard sides. Each stateroom is fitted with custom queen-sized beds, TV, air conditioning and ensuite heads. The heads feature large glass enclosed showers and Techma heads.

Guest Stateroom

The fourth stateroom serves as a guest stateroom with two single beds and one double bed. The Miele clothes washer and dryer are located in the landing area outside the staterooms.

Deck and Hull

Hull and deck construction consist of Core-Cell laminated fiberglass with Isophthalic Gelcoat and vinylester resin for the first three layers on the underwater areas. The hull/deck flange is mechanically fastened and bedded with 3M 5200.

Joystick controls give the operator “stay put” control in difficult crosswinds and makes docking a breeze, making for stress free operation. The interior is sumptuously finished with rich walnut cabinetry, walnut and carpeted flooring, custom stone counter tops and a tasteful blend of rich fabrics.
