OWNERS COMMENTS
Purchased by her present owner in March 1983, her 3rd owner from new, "Maid of Tesa" has been sailed hundreds of miles, mostly single handed. She was built by her first owner Mr A Potter to the deign of Laurent Giles who regularly visited during the built. She is substantially stronger than many Vertue's having closer spaced swan Oak frames on Larch planking. Her last survey for insurance purposes was in 1996. Her owner has sailed her to Holland eight times, Belgium twice, Ireland and to the West Coast of Scotland, as well as exploring the whole of the East Coast and Thames Estuary. "Maid of Tesa" is an excellent sea boat, easy to sail and waiting for a new owner to take her on more adventures!
