During the construction of this 10.50 meter Visserman Lemsteraak, the starting point was to build the highest possible quality ship. No expense has been spared, the best parts and materials have been chosen down to the last detail. There is a winch for every halyard, sheet or line. Easy steering due to hydraulic steering with steering wheel. Easy to sail with 2 people. The self-tacking boom jib allows the ship to tack effortlessly. The hull was built at Scheepsmakerij De Boeier in Makkum and a CE IIIa declaration has been given by the yard. The hull is completely covered in an epoxy 2-component system. The ship has been finished to a high standard in own management. Inventive choices have been made that make your stay on the ship even more pleasant. An example of this are the beautiful removable teak shutters above the entrance and the kitchen, which create plenty of light and headroom. The ship requires little maintenance due to limited use of lacquer paint. The deck and cockpit were painted in 2023 and the above-water hull in 2024. An inspection report of the underwater hull from June 2024 is available. The underwater ship is in more than satisfactory condition and is 6 mm thick. The lower gangway and the keel beam are 10 mm thick. The VAT has been demonstrably paid.
