2005 ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 40 OWNERS VERSION
BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40's speed on the water and easy handling are its top features, earning it 'Boat of the Year 2005' from Cruising World magazine. The central winch pod is the new benchmark in modern catamarans, the hardtop bimini is must in warmer and colder climates and the cockpit-salon-galley and transom are all on the same level without any steps up or down.
The aft facing galley-up design incorporates a spacious saloon with a serving window into the cockpit. The owners version has a very large owners suite on the starboard side and two double cabins on port that share a head with a separate stall shower. The Leopard 40' is CE certified.
BROKERS REMARKS: This Leopard 40’ is the real Boat of the year 2005. This was the catamaran that was tested by a panel of judges during the introduction in 2005, and subsequently won a range of awards. (Boat of the Year, Multihull of the Year, best boat imported in the US) L’Optimiste was sailed only during the winter seasons, and has been very well maintained by her knowledgable owners. She is a 2005 model but has only been used for 30 months in total. Allways stored on the hard during the off season. Bring your clothes and go cruising.
