Internally the boat has undergone a large portion of the conversion to a 2-bed with a new solid larch floor throughout.
There is a 2.5m (or 8.2 feet) head height throughout (except bathroom and wheelhouse) and a 1.2m x 1.5m (or 3.9 feet x 4.9 feet) skylight through the top deck into the saloon.
Wheelhouse - 360-degree surround windows all of which can open (except the windscreen), recently installed oak flooring, and storage underneath the L-shaped couch.
Bathroom - The floor is tiled, fitted mirror with a tiled shelf, and the walls painted to a good standard, there is a roll-top bath with antique taps ready for use. A composting toilet was being used recently but there was once a flush toilet system in place previously, so it can be installed again making use of the 800l black water tank below the bathroom floor.
Second bedroom - Completed to a good standard with waxed larch flooring, sliding door, and furnished with a single bed.
Galley / Saloon - Open plan with the larch flooring throughout the saloon. A large multi-fuel stove & flue system provides good heat. The kitchen area has floor tiles installed but the remainder of the work remains to install the kitchen worktop and wall tiles.
Main bedroom - Walk-around bed in the centre, 4 openable windows - Needs a new floor and decorating.
