Overview

The 1985 Marinette 39 DC (Double Cabin) is spacious, lightweight, and has a relatively shallow draft for a 39-footer. It is a great vessel to overnight, cruise, or entertain family and friends on the hook in your favorite anchorage.

Hull and Design

The Marinette 39 DC features a welded aluminum hull that reduces overall weight. The aluminum hull won't rot and provides better economy when cruising.

Aft Deck

Enter the aft deck from the swim platform through the opening in the stern railing; you'll find:

• Full transom bench seating
• An in-deck storage locker

Flybridge

Accessing the flybridge is done via a ladder from the aft deck. It features:

• A separate helm station
• A pedestal captain's chair
• Two adjacent passenger pedestal chairs
• An aft bench seat

The flybridge offers great views.

Salon Area

Enter the salon area through sliding glass enclosure doors. Inside, you will find:

• A sofa with storage to your port
• Two chairs and an end table with a lamp to starboard
• The hatch leading to the engine compartment in the center of the carpeted floor

The salon area is surrounded by windows allowing in lots of natural light.

Helm Station and Storage

Moving forward to port is storage cabinetry. Adjacent to the cabinets is the helm station configured with:

• Operational gauges
• Switches
• Electronics for operating the Marinette

Dinette Lounge and Galley

Continuing forward, two steps down to port is a dinette lounge with:

• Storage drawers in both benches
• A raised pedestal base

Adjacent to starboard is the galley, equipped with:

• A freezer/fridge
• A dual sink with faucet
• A microwave
• An oven
• A three burner electric stove
• Plenty of cabinet storage space

Head and V-berth

Forward to the galley is the enclosed head, which features:

• A separate shower stall
• A vanity sink with faucet
• An electric head
• Plenty of cabinet space to stow toiletries
• An ensuite entrance from the V-berth

The forward V-berth has:

• A solid door for privacy
• A large dresser and hanging locker to port
• A large sleeping area
• Drawer storage beneath the V-berth pedestal
