The Moody 29 provides accommodation for up to six occupants in two cabins, offering approximately 5’10 of headroom. The fore cabin offers a double V berth with an infill, ample storage including a wardrobe, cupboard, and side shelves, as well as an opening deck hatch overhead for ventilation and natural light.
Aft of the fore cabin lies the heads compartment, furnished with a white sink set in a vanity unit complete with pressurized hot and cold water to starboard, and a marine toilet to port. Additionally, the head’s features a built-in shower tray and a mirror.
The saloon presents two settee berths on the port and starboard sides, flanking a drop-down central table with opening leaves. Under-seat stowage and numerous lockers and cupboards are spread throughout the saloon. The starboard side settee easily converts to a double berth with an infill.
Situated on the port side aft of the saloon, the galley features a single stainless-steel sink equipped with pressurized hot and cold water. The galley also includes a gimballed 2-burner gas cooker with a grill and oven, a counter-loading 12v fridge, and ample storage space.
On the starboard side, across from the galley, is a forward-facing navigation station ideal for accommodating full-size charts. The table beneath provides storage space for multiple charts, while also housing the navigational instrumentation and the electrical distribution panel.
Behind the chart table lies the single quarter berth, with under berth storage and shelving. This Moody 29 also includes a Saloon CD/Radio, and the Galley and heads pressurized water is supplied via a calorifier heated by the engine and 240v immersion heater.
The companionway leads up to a large aft cockpit for a boat of its size with bench seating. The cockpit also has an array of navigation equipment and engine controls at the rear of the vessel.
