Accommodations

Waltzing Matilda’s interior is warm and luxurious with excellent joinery and finish throughout. She features wood battens on the interior hull sides and Corian counter tops in the galley and on top of the teak nav desk.

She is cooled and heated by two marine air conditioners/heaters. She has excellent fresh ventilation with overhead hatches and 12 stainless steel opening ports with safety glass. Additionally, energy efficient 12 volt Hella Turbo fans help to move air around in the cabins and salon.

The master stateroom is aft with queen berth, drawers, hanging locker, opening ports, overhead hatch and private en-suite head.

The guest suite is forward with V-berth wood staving on hull sides, storage lockers, opening ports, overhead hatch and private door to head.

The salon features long settees with deep seats and high back rests. Both settees double as excellent sea berths. The cushions are in excellent condition and show very well. A large centerline drop-leaf table features aft-facing drawers and a top access to a wine storage area.

Waltzing Matilda has an excellent nav station layout within good access to the cockpit. She has a large opening teak desk with a Corian top, comfortable seat and room for electronics.

The passageway has more storage, a mounted tool box with drawers and easy access to the very clean engine room.
