DESCRIPTION

Accommodation The layout offers up to eight berths. There is full standing headroom and throughout. In the forward cabin, large V berth with opening hatch to foredeck, followed by hanging locker and storage locker to starboard and the head with washbasin and handheld shower to port. Working aft, the main saloon features a folding table on centerline with bench seats both port and starboard with quarter births outboard and slightly above the bench seats.

This is followed by a chart table/nav. station to port and the L shaped galley to starboard separated by the companionway ladder to the cockpit. Two burner gimballed gas cooker with oven, fridge, stainless steel sink with cold pressurized water. Aft of the chart table and the galley is a cabin with pilot birth both port and starboard. Mechanical Systems Located centrally in the saloon under the companionway ladder is the Perkins 4108 diesel engine (overhauled 1997). Electric start. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to the folding Maxi prop. 150 litre fuel tank, various engine spares, service history. Anodized aluminum mast and Selden boom (2001). Stainless steel standing rigging (2001), running rigging replaced 2001. Slab reefing mainsail. Pro-furl headsail furling system with split drum. Mechanical Spinlock vang, baby stay, Navtec hydraulic backstay tensioner (needs repair), Harken main sheet traveler system. 2 x Anderson 52 self- tailing sheet winches. 3 x Barlow halyard winches, 1 x Barlow mainsail wire winch. Wheel steering. Aft self draining cockpit. Registration Tabasco is registered in the U.K. (SSR 128474). VAT is not paid in the EU. There are no known outstanding mortgages or encumbrances.
