Designed by Norman Dallimore and built by C. Wiggins of Great Wakering in 1935.
Major and total rebuild carried out by the late owner, the work is partly completed and will need finishing by her next owner. All work done so far has been to a very good standard and the hull and decks are largely complete.
She needs a cockpit, interior, rig, systems and equipment.

Recent Refit Work List
Construction
Carvel planked in pitch pine fastened with copper rivets to steam bent oak timbers. All oak timbers and fastenings are new. New planking done in pine. One plank port side left to be fastened in place.
External lead ballast keel with bronze keel bolts, both new. New deadwoods made of of laminated iroko. All new centreline bronze bolts.
Original oak keel and stern post. New iroko transom.
The oak stem has been replaced to the bottom scarph in laminate oak.
All new centreline floors in grown oak, with long arms stretching up the side of the hull to give added strength.
All new deck structure with a pine beam shelf and laminated oak deck beams. The deck structure is made up of T&G cedar overlaid with marine plywood and finished with a swept teak deck epoxy glued over the plywood.
Mahogany covering board and toe rail all round.
Iroko coachroof coamings, holes cut for portlights but these are not yet fitted. Bronze portlights and glass are with the boat. Coachroof deck is of the same structure as the main deck.
Rig
Originally rigged as a Bermudan cutter on a deck stepped mast. The late owner has fitted a new mast step and planned to scarph a section on the bottom of the mast to extend the length.
The original mast and boom are with the boat.
The old standing rigging is with the boat but needs replacing.
There is an 0ld mainsail in poor condition but a buyer should consider having a complete new set of sails made.
Machinery
Beta 25hp marine diesel has been purchased but is not installed in the boat. The brand new engine comes with the boat at the advertised price.
New engine beds in place.
No tanks, batteries or stern gear fitted.
Domestic wiring for internal lighting has been fitted, laid inside the deck and coachroof deck structure so wires are totally hidden. LED cabin lights fitted into the deckhead.
Accommodation
Interior is eplty apart from 2 T&G bulkheads at the forward end of the saloon area which separate off the fore peak and heads compartment.
Large amounts of timber has been machined for the interior joinery.
