Down below she is clean and bright offering berths for 5 over the forepeak and saloon. Good sized galley with Flavel oven. Comprehensive navigation package including colour chartplotter, autopilot, wind speed/direction, speed and depth and a DSC VHF.
Vessel is powered by a reliable and economical Yanmar 2QM20 inboard diesel engine. The engine was removed and reconditioned in 2011 and there is no reason why it wont provide many years of good service to come.
Engine has been regularly maintained and most recent service included new pre filter and fine filters, adjustment to the tappets, replacement oils in both engine and gearbox, new block anodes, new thermostat and new water pump impeller. A new morse control lever was installed in 2021.
Reduction gearbox driving a stainless steel shaft with bronze 3-bladed propeller. The propeller is protected by the keel and transom mounted rudder. Rope cutter.
Bank of 2x12V batteries of 110amph each. These were replaced in 2020 and provide engine start and domestic power. Batteries are recharged via the engine alternator or the onboard smart charger. Shore power including cable.
Keel stepped aluminium mast by Z-Spars. The mast was replaced in 2018 along with all associated standing and running rigging. At the same time the existing Profurl C320 roller furling system was installed along with a carbon fibre spinnaker pole and the associated rigging.
Sail wardrobe includes a Crusader mainsail with 3-reefing points and a Crusader roller furling headsail with UV strip. Both sails are in good order and were purchased in 2014.
In addition there is a No 1 jib and a storm sail. Both are not currently used as they are fitted with hanks. However there is an inner forestay attached to the mast which could be utilised by fitting a deck attachment.
Current set up for the mainsail is a sail cover. However there is also a stackpack with lazy jack lines available should that be preferred.
During the present ownership, the shroud u-bolts have been replaced including new stainless steel backing plates to replace the corroded aluminium ones.
Lewmar 40ST genoa sheet mounted within easy reach of helm. Additional Lewmar 14ST halyard winch mounted on port coaming for headsail furling line. This was installed in 2021.
Well equipped boat with a comprehensive inventory. Included in the sale are:
Well appointed accommodation with berths for 5 persons over the forepeak cabin and the saloon. The interior is bright and welcoming with recently varnished interior woodwork. The fabrics on the berth cushions and saloon are in a smart blue and are in very good condition. To port is the L-shaped galley featuring a gimballed Flavel Wayfarer oven with 2-burner hob and a grill. Well insulated top loading ice box for perishables. Stainless steel double sink with foot pumped cold fresh water.
Opposite the galley is the large forward facing chart table with 12V switch panel and navigation aids. Aft is the comfortable pilot berth. Saloon with offset dining table with drop leaves. Comfortable saloon seating/berths port and starboard with curved back rests and trotter boxes. Storage above and below on both sides.
Forward of the recently varnished saloon bulkhead is the heads compartment with sea toilet to port and moulded sink unit to starboard.
Large double in forepeak with infill cushion. Sliding privacy door.
12V LED Lighting throughout. Webasto cabin heating extends the season and keeps the boat dry.
GRP constructed sailing yacht with full keel and transom and keel mounted rudder. Tiller steering. Hull below the waterline has been antifouled ready for the season and has been epoxied during a previous ownership. White topsides with smart blue boot top and cove line. Topsides are immaculate and recently cut back and polished. Teak toe rail with fairleads forward. Mid ship cleats mounted to deck.
Decks finished in smart treadmaster panels for safety when moving around the decks.
Deep self draining anchor locker in bow with lockable lid. Electric windlass with foot controls. Stainless steel bow and stern rails joined by stanchions and guardwires. Stainless steel "Granny bars" at the mast for protection.

Large deep safe cockpit with GRP sole covered in a teak grate. Teak topped locker seating. Large storage locker at transom. Deep sail locker on port side. Cockpit table mount with removable table.
