As you step in to the left, the cupboard has an on off fuse board for all 12v electrics. To the right in the cupboard you will find your 240v fuse board breaker, inverter and the Victron solar box.
Kitchen: Custom made poured concrete worktops – industrial kitchen with cast iron push unit handles, ample cupboard space, Calorifier is in cupboard nearest to entrance tidily hidden away. Large steel sink – Inlander 12v fridge/freezer – Spinflow hob/grill/oven, plenty of space for washing machine also where shelves are on entry, 3kw inverter installed.
Lounge area: Dinette area space or keep as free space.Clearview pioneer 400 5kw stove with stainless steel flue – stunning exposed copper pipes for gas and back boiler – Black multistove stove to burn Wood and coal. These are fibre glass set, they come out very easily should you need to, they are held in place by copper mirror cap screws. Spare surrounds and mirror caps for new owners ease.
