DESCRIPTION

Accommodation Custom designed eight berths in three cabins with excellent headroom throughout. Up forward is a twin bunk cabin with storage underneath. Deck opening hatch. In the saloon on the port side is a C shaped settee and large table that turns into a double berth. Storage behind and underneath. Single settee seat opposite to starboard with linear galley. Twin stainless steel sinks, refrigerator. Neptune 4500 twin gas hob, oven and grill.

Mechanical Systems Located under cockpit in soundproofed and vented compartment. 2003 Ford XLD 418 Marine Diesel. 4 cylinder, 48hp, fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to fixed propellor. Last serviced May 2018 with service history. Morse type engine controls in cockpit and below. 70 gallons fuel capacity in stainless steel tank (500nm range approximately). Full engine controls. Cutless bearing changed 2017. Vetus 60kgf Bow Thruster. Electrical Systems Two 12v domestic batteries. One 12v engine start battery. One 12v bow thruster and anchor windlass battery. Wheel steering in cockpit and below to skeg hung rudder. The original owner wanted the Southerly lifting keel, but felt the standard of finish and specification could be better, and therefore had the vessel fitted out by Debonaire of Hamble. She was upgraded in all areas against a standard Southerly 115 to meet his exacting standards. Last surveyed in 2016. All recommendations were done.
