She has been raced in the past but her current owners have only cruised her. Loads of recent upgrades.

Spacious comfortable interior with 6 berths, possibly 7 - upholstery all renewed 2021
Forecabin: V-berth
Saloon: shaped settees on either side, folding table with port settee converting to a small double. Starboard single berth has a lee cloth.
Galley: to port aft of the saloon, well equipped with two-burner hob, oven and grill. Gas hosing was replaced with new in 2021. Twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water and manual seawater spout. Plenty of storage including coolbox and portable 12v/mains fridge box
Nav station: to starboard opposite galley with forward facing good-sized chart table - plenty of stowage
Heads:good sized space with manual Jabsco toilet, wash basin and shower. New drain pump 2023
Aft double cabin: to port aft of the galley - with addition good access to engine. Hanging locker and shelving. Batteries underneath.

Rig
Fractional rigged sloop. Selden spars and rod kicker/vang. Deck-stepped mast on a compression post.
Standing rigging all replaced 2022 and inspected in 2023 - all good
2 self-tailing primary winches (Lewmar 40)
2 self-tailing halyard winches (Harken 40 2 speed)
Running rigging mostly led aft through clutches and organisers.
