The aft deck is sheltered by the overhanging upper boat deck and serves as an enclosed and heated salon.

The aft deck is teak deck overlaid and has a starboard side ladder to a hatch to the boat deck followed by a stairway leading down to the integral stern platform. The Sellers had a fiberglass gate between the aft deck and the stern platform custom built and installed.

There is a round table with four chairs on the aft deck for dining and entertaining.

The flying bridge has a centerline helm station with pedestal helm seat, port and starboard seating, and a starboard aft companionway hatch to below. The boat deck is aft, with a port side davit crane, central tender chocks, and a starboard side hatch over the aft deck ladder. The Sellers had a stainless steel railing around the boat deck custom built and installed.

Interior Description

The forwardmost compartment is a chain locker with aft access.

A VIP stateroom follows and has an island double berth and lockers and drawers and a starboard head compartment with stall shower.

Steps lead up to the main cabin where there is a port side helm station followed by a side door and a helm seat and an "L" shaped galley.

To starboard is a counter with drawers and lockers followed by an "L" shaped settee with table.

Starboard aft steps lead down to the aft accommodations and up to the sundeck lounge.

The lower accommodations have a passage with a port side door to a guest stateroom with upper and lower single berths, a washer and dryer, a starboard side head compartment with stall shower, and a door to the master stateroom which has an island double berth, and lockers and drawers.

The fully enclosed and finished sundeck has a port forward counter with cabinets, sink, and icemaker followed by a settee, and starboard forward stairway to the flying bridge hatch followed by a settee. Aft doors lead to the aft deck.

The custom lazarette compartment has a watertight door to the stern platform.

BananaBelt Boats & Yachts

A True Family-Owned Business BananaBelt Boats and Yachts, founded in 2000 by John and Connie Ripley, began with a goal to create a ‘friends and family’ atmosphere. Since 2005, BananaBelt has led in sales of boats between 28' and 70' in the Pacific Northwest. In 2013, their daughter Amy Thornton and her husband Matthew took over, expanding the business significantly. They doubled their boat capacity and offer on-land moorage, a rare and valuable service in the region. Now led by Matthew and Amy, the team of marine professionals works to make buying and selling boats convenient, easy, and fun. As lifelong boaters, they own the On-Land Marina and the infrastructure to assist in every step of the boating process. The On-Land Marina, unique to BananaBelt, stores most boats on 5+ acres with walkways between them, allowing for easy viewing and access. This concept offers customers the ability to inspect entire hulls and easily browse numerous boats in one place. BananaBelt also owns 2 KMI Sea-Lifts, allowing quick and safe movement of boats up to 70’ and 100,000lbs between the water and the on-land marina, saving time and money. BananaBelt Boats & Yachts is still growing, with plans to expand further. When you buy or sell with them, you join the Banana Family and gain access to a growing range of services that enhance your boating lifestyle.
