Walkthrough
This 2009 65’ Outer Reef quickly catches your eye with her stunning navy blue fashion stripe. With an 18' 6" beam, this yacht has much greater volume than most yachts of equal length. There are dual staircases from the swim platform leading to a spacious aft deck with built-in bench seating with storage below, a teak table and two teak deck chairs. There is an FRP built-in cabinet to port with a refrigerator and a ladder to starboard, with access to the flybridge.
The main salon is entered through double doors from the aft deck. This is a spacious area, with an L-settee and hi/lo, hinged, teak table to port and barrel chairs to starboard, creating a cozy setting for entertaining and dining. A breakfront separating the salon and galley houses a flat screen TV. There are several built-in cabinets and a beautiful teak and holly sole. Forward and up 2 steps is the galley, with full appliances and voluminous storage. Counters and backsplashes are upgraded to granite
The pilothouse has a large, comfortable L-shaped settee and table, an upgraded Stidd helm chair and port and starboard doors. The helm console is home to an extensive new electronics package. There are two staircases from the pilothouse, both on the starboard side, one leading to the flybridge, and the other to the owner and guest staterooms below.
The VIP stateroom forward has a queen berth with spacious drawer storage below. There are twin hanging lockers, a flat screen TV and a private ensuite head and shower. The guest stateroom is to port, with a double berth and single berth above, a hanging locker and cabinet storage. This stateroom also has an ensuite head and shower, and a flat screen TV. Opposite the port guest stateroom are a full-size washer and dryer and a storage locker.
The master suite is amidships with a king berth, walk-in hanging locker forward, and plenty of storage lockers/drawers. Opposite the end of the berth is a desk/vanity with a mirror and a flat screen TV above. The master head is to port, featuring dual sinks, granite counter tops and shower. A watertight door with viewing port leads to the engine room.
The six-foot-plus headroom and ease of access to all systems makes engine room movement hassle free. Through another watertight door and second teak door is a combination crew quarters/4th stateroom with a twin cross bunk cabin, head/shower and storage area. Moving all the way aft is the opening watertight transom door to the swim platform.
Up on the flybridge, the helm features many repeater electronics and two Stidd helm chairs. There are two built-in settees with sliding tables to port and starboard. Aft of the settees are cabinets housing a gas BBQ grill, sink, built-in freezer and storage. The boat deck comfortably holds an Avon tender with 50 hp Yamaha. The yacht features full covered walk-around decks, a Portuguese bridge forward with an opening gate door to the fore deck. There is built-in seating and a dual capstan hydraulic windlass with two stainless steel anchors.

Broker's Remarks
MISS PATTI has benefited from continual updates to systems and equipment. This yacht was built with the D-rated semi-commercial 503hp Caterpillar C9’s, which proved to be the most fuel-efficient engines in the 650 Outer Reef series, and is an exceptional sea boat.
The concave spray rail system provides a very dry ride, and while heavily built at over 120,000 pounds, MISS PATTI can cruise at 9 knots burning less than one gallon of fuel per nautical mile, rivaling full displacement yachts of similar size, but with the ability to reach maximum speeds of over 12 knots when required with her semi-displacement hull design.
With three staterooms forward, all with ensuite heads, and a forth cabin aft with head/shower for crew or family, and perhaps one of the largest flybridges and boat decks for a 65’, she can still be easily handled by a cruising couple, assisted with remote controls and 25hp hydraulic and proportional bow and stern thrusters. Her covered aft deck, large salon, spacious galley with enhanced pantry storage and comfortable pilothouse with L-shaped seating and dinette, show her as a much newer yacht than her build year.
MISS PATTI can provide many future years of comfortable offshore cruising, with the opportunity to purchase her at a fraction of current replacement costs.
