Boat Overview

LADY ROSE was built in the Netherlands by Pacific Shipyards in 2009 and sold and delivered to the current owner in 2011.
This vessel has had a single owner since new and has only been used privately and carefully. The interior features mahogany furniture, leather upholstery, and a wenge floor. 
She is equipped with a Vetus hydraulic system that operates the fin stabilizers, tender lift, bow and stern thrusters, and steering. The boat offers low consumption, comfortable cruising, and excellent seakeeping.
It has a very solid steel construction, with a keel made of 5mm plate, strengthened by frames, bulkheads, and a spray rail every 500mm. 
The hull is constructed from 6mm plate, and the overall construction is made of 4mm plate, with reinforcements by T-iron (50x50x6) every 400mm. There are two separate engine rooms with watertight doors.
In 2021, the full battery packs were replaced, and in 2022, the hull was stripped.

LIVING AREA:
Spacious lounge with a linear sofa, two facing armchairs, coffee table, and facing TV cabinet; includes a Sharp TV, satellite decoder, Bose system, and two sliding side doors. Further forward on the port side is the dashboard, and going down two steps on the starboard side leads to a comfortable dinette with a dining table, opposite a kitchen area complete with Bosch appliances: glass ceramic hob, digital electric oven, dishwasher, and Liebherr Comfort column fridge.
SLEEPING AREA:
Double owner's cabin towards the stern, full beam, complete with double wardrobe, vanity corner, sofa, Sharp TV, satellite decoder, Bose Sound System + CD/MP3/DVD player, and large private bathroom with shower. Forward double VIP cabin with Sharp TV, CD/MP3/DVD player, and private bathroom with shower. Double guest cabin amidships on the starboard side with twin beds convertible into a double bed, Sharp TV, CD/MP3/DVD player, and private bathroom with shower. Double crew cabin with bunk beds, with double entrance (internal and external), Sharp TV, CD/MP3 player, and private bathroom with shower. Service bathroom for daily use by guests. Laundry/storage compartment with Bosch Maxx 5 washer dryer, Electrolux freezer, and Broan waste compactor.
UPPER DECK:
Spacious living room with linear sofa, two armchairs, table, Sharp TV + SAT decoder & Bose Sound System, and two side sliding doors. Further on the port side is the wheelhouse, and two steps forward leads to a comfortable dinette with table on the starboard side, opposite the kitchen area with Bosch full appliances: ceramic hob, electric digital oven, dishwasher, and Liebherr Comfort fridge.
LOWER DECK:
Aft full beam master double cabin with full beam bathroom with shower box, Sharp TV + sat decoder + Bose Sound System + CD/MP3/DVD player, vanity corner, and sofa. VIP forward double cabin with private/en-suite bathroom with box shower, Sharp TV + CD/MP3/DVD player. Twin guest cabin convertible into a double with private/en-suite bathroom with box shower + Sharp TV + CD/MP3/DVD player. Daily toilet + laundry and storage room with Bosch Maxx5 washer dryer + Electrolux freezer and Broan trash compactor. Crew cabin with pullman bed, relative bathroom, and twin entrance (inside/outside) + Sharp TV.
