The Parker 31 is a well designed and fast lifting-keel yacht that provides a excellent accommodation for her size. The wing keel is over four feet wide and retracts from 6'0" to 2'0" making her perfect for cruising the East coast. The lifting wing keel allows the Parker 31 to dry out on the lead wing and the small skeg rather than on the hull itself.

'Prospero' is in need of some TLC to get her back in to full commission having not been used for a few years, which is reflected in the price.
