March 2016 - replaced wood bulkhead panel near midship companionway, refinished locker and head doors 

April 2016 - new Genoa 110 sail (Chesapeake Sailmakers), new propane grill and pressure hose directly to second propane tank 

May 2016 - new house battery bank: 4 Trojan T-105 6V, new midship solar vent 

June 2016 - rebuilt W58 starter and solenoid, new Amptech 125 amp alternator installed 

June 2016 - painted gelcoat (nonskid to rail) 2 coats Epoxyprime, 2 coats Perfection 

July 2016 - new Amptech 125 amp alternator -Y.E.S. Andy Fegley; rebuilt Balmar 100 

January 2017 - W58 fuel injection pump rebuilt by Bayshore Marine 

February 2017 - removed port side mainsheet traveler riser and track, epoxied holes, cut semicircular holes into outboard edges of both risers for cleaning, painted risers and track 

February 2017 - painted aft and midship hatches and weatherhoods (repair core damage with epoxy in mid hatch), painted both dorado scoops, boxes and stern blower scoops with Epoxyprime and Perfection white 

February 2017 - refinished engine cover/top and all new sound insulation 

February 2017 - cut access hole in cabin sole beneath galley sink with supports and pullring 

February 2017 - anchor light Signalmate LED 3NM by Annap Rigging, rebed P cleat for traveler

January 2019 - removed Simpson Lawrence Hi Speed manual windlass, rebuilt with new parts from Scotland - new internal chains, seals, grease fitting, paint with Epoxyprime, Perfection 

February 2019 - replaced windlass support block - painted with Epoxyprime and Perfection 

February 2019 - refinished cockpit coaming teak and companionway boards with spar varnish 

February 2019 - new Rocna 25 (55lb) anchor, 84' of 3/8 used galvanized BBB chain spliced to 125' of new 8 plait anchor line. Back up 41' 3/8 BBB chain and spare anchor in cockpit locker 

March 2019 - new, larger anchor roller wheel installed (4" diam. Delron wheel trimmed to 3 1/2" 

April 2019 - new main halyard (wire to rope splice and new shackle) Annapolis Rigging 

April 2019 - hand chiseled all bottom paint down to black (?coal tar epoxy), patched with epoxy approx 225 blisters (loss of coal tar epoxy and some gelcoat), Interlux Fiberglass Bottomcote painted 

April 2019 - new Lewmar anchor chain tensioner installed, made Sunbrella cover for windlass 

May 2019 - purchased a new cell phone holder for aft cabin 

Junewater tank deck fills replaced with Perko Marinium fittings, new hoses & clamps with epoxy repair of core and screw holes. Cleaned forepeak space and flushed bow tank 

June 2019 - new deckplate in cockpit for emergency tiller (drilled out/epoxied holes) and removed and painted Martec cowl vent deckplate on starboard bow (epoxied holes) 

August 2019 - adjusted rudder post packing gland (may need more) 

August 16, 2019 - replaced seawater pump (Sherwood R 30G-1) (from Defender) 

August 2019 - new 24" TV/DVD combo installed with custom brackets 

October 2019 - installed 4' Imtra LED tape light over galley 

November 2019 - replaced faulty oil pressure gauge in engine instrument panel 

November 2019 - connected lights on port and starboard Vetus water tank gauges

February 2020 - rode marker key attached under anchor locker door and corresponding colored zip ties attached to chain and line 

May 3, 2020 - installed 2 90W solar panels in series into bimini and connected wiring 

May 2020 - installed new washers and seals in galley faucet to stop leaks 

May 2020 - built wooden box to support new trash can in head locker under sink 

May 27, 2020 - installed new 4" Marinco solar vent into V berth hatch with silicone

June 2021 - replaced manifold flowcontroller diverter spring to fix hot water, replaced all coolant hoses to hot water tank with "T" fitting to reservoir tank. Full Keel-Andrew (tech) 

June 2021 - new blue LED strip place in bimini for cockpit lighting 

Sept 1,2021 - tornado damage: port bow, port stern teak damage; port stanchion bent!! 

Jan 7, 2022 - installed screwdriver rack on back of electrical locker door 

February 2022 - installed trimmed locker door and panel in main cabin for Yeti cooler

Feb 16, 2023 - new Datamarine transducer installed by Electronic Marine 

March 8,2023 - rebedded new stanchion bases P-1,2,3 & S-1,2,4,5 with 3M 4200 after core repair with epoxy and epoxyprime and Perfection paint 

March 12, 2023 - refinished cockpit coaming teak and companionway teak with Spar Varnish 

April 13, 2023 - new upper and lower lifelines were installed - made by Annapolis Rigging 

April 29, 2023 - refinished aft and midship ladder steps with Minwax Spar Varnish satin and installed new non skid tape on all steps

October 16, 2023 - repaired leak on upper surface of starboard water tank with West epoxy 

October 23, 2023- injected cabin sole starboard side of mast with epoxy due to tank leak

March 2024 - refinished cabin sole with MinWax Polyurethane clear 

June 2024 - removed 2 vinyl overhead panels near midship companionway, replaced damaged plywood supports. Applied West epoxy around

companionway access and refinished moulding 

July 2024 - replaced alternator with rebuilt Balmar 100 new + cable to battery bank
