The current owner is selling only because he cannot get anymore tax deductible depreciation since he has owned the yacht more than 10 years. The engines have just over 2,900 hours on these 1000hp MAN's and, since a major overall is not recommended until 9000 hours, you can enjoy this yacht for years to come at a fraction of the cost of a similar yacht not under charter. This vessel was refit in 2008, 2013 and in 2015 all the heads are being modernized and the headliner has been replaced. The boat was hauled in Mid-August 2014 and the following was done: and new bottom paint and zincs, new cutlass bearings, props reconditioned, and a new fish finder was added. The 2,000 hour MAN service on the engines ($28,000) was preformed in January and February 2015. The heads were remodeled in June-July 2015 and have new sink bowls, fixtures, granite counter tops, and wooden soles. The soft goods throughout the bedrooms have been replaced as well for a more modern look and feel.
With a four stateroom layout, three bathrooms, and accommodations for two crew this vessel has ample room and the layout maximizes the vessels space. You will not find better accommodations in any yacht in this size. There is a space for a tender on the flybridge and a crane system. The tender is included with the vessel and was purchased new in December 2014.
