Great condition after deep renovation in 2021.
The yacht has on board also (included in the selling price) a tender boat, Williams (2007), and a Jetski, Yamaha Wave-Runner (2012).
The yacht was owned by one owner since it was bought directly from the producer in 2009 and was used only as private leisure yacht.
The yacht was used only on rare occasions and it currently has only 470 engine-hours.
The interior design is modern and has lots of extras. Princess 21M can accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, 3 out of which with en-suite bathroom facilities and double bed. Additionally, there is a separate crew rest cabin for 2.
In 2021 the yacht has been upgraded with top-notch technologies:
- 4G/LTE internet access system with Sputnik24 antenna, by AMI (UK). It’s cost effective compared to satellite communications, reaches up to 50 NM (nautical miles), with download speed up to 300 mbit/s and upload up to 100 mbit/s
- Audio/video: Samsung smart TVs and Sonos enabled 4 separate music zones (Cockpit, Flybridge, Saloon, Master Bedroom). They can be easily controlled with your smart phone application. With a tap on your phone you can play your favorite tunes in the selected zone. All outdoors speakers (Sonance) are marine grade.
- CCTV: the yacht features 6 Hikvision cameras. Hik-Connect smart phone application allows you to see what is happening on your yacht, no matter where you are. Powered with an alarm option all the cameras can be set in a motion detection alarm mode.
- Network system on Ubiquiti. The whole network is built with Ubiquiti devices: switch, 5 access point (1 of the is outdoors grade on Flybridge), CloudKey (second generation). UniFi application helps manage your network devices, as well as enjoy full oversight and control of your network’s traffic, connected clients, security, and wireless performance.
Along with a tech upgrade, the yacht in 2021 has been freshened up with new leather seating upholstery in saloon; new carpet in saloon; ceiling upholstery in saloon and all cabins; full deck teak wood replacement; bow and cockpit freshly painted; flybridge seating upholstery together with the new protective covers; all lights are replaced to LED now. A newly installed Raritan Icer-ette on flybridge has production capacity 10 kgs of ice in a day, with a storage container of up to 5 kgs.
In May 2021 the yacht has been through full service with a professional antifouling done, zinc anodes and trim tabs newly replaced, deep polished radars, propellers and shafts, which were laser aligned by top professionals.
