Accommodation :
Overview:

Despite being built for Sportfishing, its interior is especially comfortable. The walkaround decks are large and easy to manoeuvre along. The cockpit has high, padded gunwales rising to midthigh height (with removable pads), and many of the features found on larger sportfishers.
A heavy-hinged transom gate is to starboard, with its own covered storage compartment and a freshwater shower. It also has a hinged knife stowage compartment and a set of controls for freshwater and saltwater spigots. Two more hatches under the sink provide access to batteries and oil stowage for the outboards.
Up to 15 fishing rods can be stowed aboard the 2950: four under the eight-foot-wide gunwales; four in rocket launchers on the optional radar arch; five more along the side, outboard of the V-berth below; and two in the mid-cabin berth under the helm. A fish box is located forward in the cockpit. A three-drawer tackle box is provided forward, aft of the helm seat. At the helm station, a bench seat is positioned behind a two-tier console. The console’s flatter portion holds Mercury gauges and a set of rocker switches controlling boat systems, to port of the wheel. The throttle and trim tab controls are to starboard. A moulded box houses the electronic gear forward of the instrument panel. It has a fiberglass cover that lifts out for stowage on the forward part of the helm, under the tempered glass windshield. The instrument panel background is painted black, for better visibility at night. Under the wheel, a hinged hatch opens for access to the helm wiring underneath.
Spacious Interior Belowdecks, the arrangement is roomy and functional, especially considering that including the walkaround area required narrowing the interior. In the forepeak, at the head of a full-width V-berth, a mirrored hatch slides to reveal a couple of small shelves. A high-low table in the centre of the berth adjusts for dining or sleeping. Two wide shelves behind the padded fiddles under the walkaround area provide more storage space, while hatch covers under the cushions allow access to large storage spaces underneath. The V-berth sleeps two adults comfortably. A transverse mid-berth that’s nearly 10 feet long can sleep an additional crew member. A privacy curtain is provided.
A small galley is located to port, forward of the curved steps that lead to the cockpit. It comes with a large sink and cutting board and is equipped with a one-burner alcohol stove, an under-counter Norcold refrigerator, and a sink.

An enclosed modular fiberglass head with a stand-up shower is positioned across from the galley. A marine sea toilet is included c/w 40L holding tank. The shower has more than six feet of headroom, which is unusual in a boat this size. Nearby, a small round sink is provided, with storage space below. Interior lighting consists of an overhead hatch and four screened portlights that open for ventilation. At night, two bulkhead-mounted swivel lights and indirect rope lighting behind the V-berth fiddles provide ample illumination.
