The Snowgoose 37 is built traditionally with bulkheads and furniture facings securely "Tabbed" to the hull. She is a solid capable world cruiser with a proven track record fast and comfortable whilst safe, stable and solid for ocean cruising.

Construction
The Prout Snowgoose 37 Elite, is basically the same is the renowned Snowgoose 37 but with a wider beam by 1 foot. This one was built in 1997 by Prout (UK) Ltd
The Snowgoose 37 Elite is not, by any means a lightweight. The displacement is 5500 kgs and heavier than many monohulls of similar length. The hulls are solid GRP below the waterline and cored from the waterline north. In 2015 stainless keel shoes have been added for extra protection. The bridgedeck is solid, and although this adds weight it also provides rigidity between the hulls that a single crossbar can't match.
While most cats rely almost entirely on modular construction, the Snowgoose 37 is built more traditionally with bulkheads and furniture facings securely tabbed to the hull.
