This Rampage 30 is a great starter boat for fishing or overnights to Catalina Island. Well cared for and lightly used by her second owner, Menace is ready to go. Current slip in Huntington Beach may possibly be transferable.
This Rampage 30 is a great starter boat for fishing or overnights to Catalina Island. Well cared for and lightly used by her second owner, Menace is ready to go. Current slip in Huntington Beach may possibly be transferable.
Menace has been upgraded by her second owner including new cockpit Bimini and covers along with new isinglass in 2018. In 2019 all three batteries were replaced along with a new charger. The boat also received new thru-hulls and bottom paint as well as new engine controllers. Menace also has underwater lights and an exterior camera along with cockpit speakers with sub-woofer.
Built on a fully cored hull with a relatively wide beam, the Rampage 30 is a rugged and well-finished boat that compares well with other high-end express fishermen her size. The cockpit comes with a 38-gallon transom livewell, a big in-deck fish box, transom door and gate, and a lockable tackle center.
For engine access, the entire bridge deck can be raised on a hydraulic lift. Below deck, the cherrywood interior of the Rampage 30 is surprisingly plush for a fishing boat with berths for four and premium furnishings and hardware.
Carpeting was standard, but an optional teak-and-holly sole adds even more class to this upscale interior. Additional features include a tilt-away helm, bow pulpit, lighted engine compartment, trim tabs, raw-water washdown, underwater exhausts, and cockpit rod storage.
Twin 315hp Yanmar diesels cruise the Rampage 30 Express in the mid 20s with a top speed close to 30 knots.
