It has a newer battery maintainer so you can leave her plugged in and it keeps everything charged up. There is a newer house battery and an engine battery, and the system will use both batteries but will isolate the engine battery if needed to always make sure you can start the engine. There are several other battery switches to isolate different functions. The fiberglass cockpit of the R21-EC (the "EC" referring to the Extended Cabin design) accounts for almost exactly half of the length of the boat. The pilothouse area of the cabin is designed for 2 for the perfect getaway. The cockpit area has lounge/bench seating along with a binimi for shade.
