A big advantage is that a demo is always extra nice and you benefit on the transport costs from Lithuania to the Netherlands. She is already ready for use. Nordic Season is a Finnish design and originated from two professional companies that together have more than 20 years of knowledge in building ships combined with the technology and experience in building houses. The boats can be delivered in different sizes and versions: NS 23 eco 18; NS 36 eco 23 and NS 40 eco 36.

The houseboats are developed according to Finnish standards. Sturdy, solid, good sailing and resistant to harsh winters. The floats are made of Polythene with a notch at the bottom to provide more grip on the water while sailing. The frame is built of aluminum making the houseboat easy and light to sail. The side decks make boating a lot safer than standard houseboats of this size.

Through the use of natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat exudes a warmth and coziness that you won't find anywhere else. The houseboats are built using sustainable materials such as Finnish thermowood. A non-toxic natural product that lasts a very long time thanks to the water-based impregnating agents and on which a long warranty is issued.

The boat has a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a passage to the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom has the characteristic sliding window doors opposite the bed that can be opened. The bedroom and bathroom have a lockable door. Next to the Bathroom is a storage closet that also contains the electrical supply. The hot water heater is concealed under the bed.
