Owners Remarks & History: Cahuin was built ( launched as ‘Ness point') for a wealthy Suffolk Turkey Farmer, who thought that seven berths (standard on ‘finished boats' ) was too many for a 34ft. boat. She was transferred to Landimore's Yard, Ipswich to be fitted out with matched veneers in teak to ‘Oyster Standards' to 5 berths. She was re- named ‘ Cahuin' (an Argentinian Folk Dance) by the second owner Mr. Hamish Grant. He sold her to a family named Maclean, Thence she came to me in 1988.
