BROKER SUMMARY
Fragolina is a most carefully maintained Sadler 34, in splendid condition and has been in current ownership since 2012.
Topsides and deck are in remarkably good condition, almost unblemished and regularly polished with AGlaze to a high standard. Interior condition is almost spotless, no damage to interior varnish nor to the GRP.
Fragolina also benefits from a restored and rebuilt galley with Coriander-clad galley surfaces, new SS sinks and comprehensive storage for tableware and galley equipment.
Power is by a recent water-cooled Bukh 24 with very low hours, which was supplied by Darthaven and installed into Fragolina in 2022. Darthaven engineers replaced all relevant gear and installation related equipment required - now done very low hours at about 200 to date.
Sails are good, with a recent main by Westaway, also no.1 genoa and a No.2 , all sails regularly serviced and by-annually checked.
Rudder skeg has been rebuilt, stiffened and fitted with a new lower bearing, then strengthened with a new aluminium housing at the lower lower rudder fitting; also rudder has been fitted with new bearings.
Standing rig was checked and serviced in 2022, with a new fore-stay fitted to the Bamar furler, plus a new foil kit; running rig leads aft through to clutches, hence reefing is safely done from the cockpit.
A recent Survey in 2020 confirmed the excellence of overall condition and noted the benefits of regular maintenance, with hull bottom moisture content low and excellent structural findings throughout the interior, including chain-plates, keel fastenings and bonding of interior moulding.
The owner is now very reluctantly selling Fragolina for health and age reasons, hence we have set a realistic asking price at £25,900 in the hope that we can find the right buyer fairly quickly.
We are now seeking a new owner who will appreciate this particularly attractive and much loved Sadler 34, currently afloat in Dartmouth.
