Compass for property & vessel I started working as a yacht broker in 2004 after years of working in commercial branches. I am officially certified as a yacht broker and valuer. Over the years I have built up a large network, through my work, through being active myself in water sports from sailing to motor yachts and through experience gained in various European sailing areas. I also gained a lot of knowledge and acquaintances by being active in various water sports associations. As a broker, I have brokered and sold more than 350 boats in the price range from €35,000 to €1,000,000. I am also the right place for the new water sportsman for advice on sailing areas and what to look out for when buying a yacht; both the characteristics of a yacht and the pitfalls in the purchase process. My interest in commercial property started with an investment property I am involved in and manage. A second property became a reality in 2018. In 2019 and 2020, I trained with the NVM for real estate specialist.
