General
Built by Sea Otter boats in 2006 Tourmaline has had only two owners since first launched.
The beauty of the Sea Otter boat is their aluminium construction, meaning pretty much 0% hull maintenance, paint and hull coverings are purely for cosmetics.
Her interior is constructed of Ash marine ply and hardwood trims giving a light an airy feel with comfortable accommodation for 4 in two cabins.
Forward Cabin
The forward cabin has direct access onto the front well deck. An open planned saloon with corner cabinets port and starboard. A free standing dining table is currently in place, ample of space available for sofa bed / armchairs etc.
Galley
A generous sized U shaped galley provides ample space for cooking with domestic sized appliances. Corian work surfaces, Spinflo 4 burner gas hob, grill and oven. 12 V fridge, 240 V microwave and clever collapsible breakfast bar.
Bathroom
The shower room/heads is surprisingly spacious for a narrowboat utilising all of the space available. A moulded sink with single mixer tap is set to starboard with a pumpout toilet alongside, a good size shower and a radiator is fitted below the porthole window.
Double Cabin
At the aft of the boat is the main sleeping cabin with cross-double bed. Left and right hand side cabinets. Wardrobe / handing space.
