For the fisherman, the Amberjack features a molded bait prep station with livewell behind the helm, cockpit rod storage, and an aluminum arch with rocket launchers. The plush interior includes a convertible dinette, head with shower, and a well-equipped galley with built-in microwave, Kenyon stove, Norcold refrigerator, and a pressurized hot and cold water system. There is a forward double berth, a dinette to starboard that converts to another berth, and a galley to port. Aft of the galley is the head with a VacuFlush head. The mid berth is located aft of the main cabin area. The spacious cockpit area has a fold-down seat across the transom and a transom door to port that leads to a full-width swim platform.
