Condition and Maintenance

The boat was hauled out of the water, power washed, and put inside a storage building until spring. The holding tank is pumped out. The hull has been freshly painted and thoroughly winterized. This boat has always been winterized and stored on jack stands, covered with a tarp during winter months inside a building at the marina. The boat is easily accessible all winter if you would like to see it.

Layout

The spacious layout of the salon is fully functional with plenty of room. It features a full kitchen with a double sink, double burner electric stove top, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. A new hot water heater was installed 2 years ago. The bathroom includes a shower. The huge master suite, along with two more sleeping quarters, comfortably sleeps 6. There are two heating/air conditioning units and an operating central vacuum with many attachments. The cockpit has a transom door, and the large flybridge includes two helm chairs and a large bench seat for guests.

Summary

The Sea Ray 300 sedan bridge offers a generous headroom, raised dinette to port, and two private sleeping areas. The double berth arrangement in the forward stateroom is innovative in its use of space, and the concealed galley is particularly appealing. The head is located aft in the salon, just inside the companionway door, where access from the outside is most convenient. While the cockpit is small, the extended flybridge is exceptionally large for a boat of this size.
