This Sealine 310 Statesman built in 1991 is presented in good condition. It has had a considerable amount of money spent including full engine service, outdrive service, and new bellows in April 2024. This Sealine is fitted with twin Volvo AQ431 205 HP petrol engines.  It offers six berths, electric windlass, GPS, and lots more. She has excellent sea-keeping characteristics with a large cockpit and plenty of storage. Viewing recommended. This boat has been priced to sell. A berth at Chatham Marina is also available.

Accommodation :

This Sealine 310 Statesman has a very roomy feel to her with a large aft cockpit with L shaped seating and table and easy access to the flybridge that can seat 4 in comfort.

The forward cabin has an offset double berth and ensuite heads with a large hanging locker, vanity surface and additional stowage lockers. It also has a large opening deck hatch

Aft of the forward cabin is another double berth with hanging locker. Opposite is the heads with marine toilet, washbasin with pressurised hot and cold water, shower and vanity unit.

Walking up two steps you enter the main saloon with its linear Starboard galley. The galley has a sink with hot and cold water, 2 burner cooker, an oven with grill and 12v Fridge. Opposite the Galley is the U-shaped settee and saloon table that converts into another double berth. The saloon has a very light and airy feel to it.  The upholstery, curtains, and carpets have all been replaced over the years. This boat also boasts a safe. It has a JVC Radio/CD player.

This is a well-presented Sealine 310 Statesmen. She has been well-maintained and internally updated. Whilst all of the navigation equipment works it would benefit from being updated in the future. The owner is open to reasonable offers for a quick sale due to a change in his circumstances

This Sealine has twin Volvo AQ 431 6-cylinder 205 HP petrol engines located under the aft cockpit sole.  The engines were last professionally serviced in April 2024. The outdrives and bellows were serviced at the same time. Fitted with 3-blade duo props, means that she will cruise at approx.16 knots and has a maximum speed of approx. 24 knots. Power trim with indicators. She has twin steel fuel tanks with a total of 553 litres.
Electrical Systems:
3 x 12-volt batteries (2 x engine new 2023 + 1 x domestic new 2023) charging from the engine alternator and via 240v shore power system with ring main, immersion heater and battery charger.
