2004 Sealine S28 with twin Volvo AD31DP inboard diesels. Only lightly used which shows in her overall condition. Sleeps 4 persons in comfort and features spacious galley, heads with shower and large seating area forward.
Good sized cockpit with seating area aft and chaise lounge to port. Full new cockpit canvas 11/2024. Two previous owners and health now forcing sale. Last out for maintenance and antifouling September 2023.

Twin Volvo Penta AD31DP inboard diesels with 290DP outdrives and trim tabs.
Engines have been professionally maintained.
Work undertaken professionally in the last twelve months includes:
engines and transom shields removed,
transom shields rebuilt - new trim rams and hoses fitted,
turbo's removed for overhaul and all refitted and serviced.
New bellows and anodes.
Engine hours reported as about 170 each.

Accommodation
Below decks is bright and welcoming with the perfect combination of comfortable upholstered seating and high
gloss varnished cabinet work. Full standing headroom in the areas that matter, aft cabin, galley and heads.
Galley to starboard with deep storage cupboards above and below the work surfaces. 2-burner gas hob and Smev oven with grill complete with a fold-down cover for when not in use. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold mixer tap. Front loading fridge with ice compartment. 3-pin sockets for use with shore power and a 12V socket for battery power.
Opposite galley is the relatively spacious aft cabin with double berth, hanging space and 12V lighting. There is a very handy opening port above the bed and another higher up above the wardrobe. Plenty of natural light and air.
Saloon -  on the port side is the heads compartment. This easy-clean wipe down space features a Jabsco marine toilet, moulded sink unit with mixer tap and removable faucet for showering. Vanity unit and shaving mirror. opening port with frosted glass for ventilation and privacy. Jack and Jill doors giving access to aft cabin.
Spacious seating area for entertaining or relaxing. Large table, currently stored beneath the aft cabin berth, which can seat six persons with ease and will convert to a good-sized double berth if required.
There are two opening hull ports and two opening deck hatches ensuring good light and airflow.
Interior is in good condition and carpeted throughout.

The carpeted cockpit is bright and ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Moulded spray strakes and hard chine aft increase
grip and stability under way. White topsides all in good condition. Large foredeck incorporating the anchor housing, chain locker with lid and electric windlass.
Bathing platform as part of hull structure laid with teak; with foldaway bathing ladder and transom door.
Radar arch for mounting antenna. Sink with storage cupboard below.
Seating/alfresco dining area to starboard. Double helm seat with chaise bench with backrest to port. Upholstery is in good order. Curved glass windscreen with twin wiper blades.
Stainless steel bow rails offer protection when moving forward or anchoring.
