"Pobble" was built as a private launch by Shepherds of Windermere to the same design as the Lakes first Police launch. It has been stored ashore in a barn for a number of years and seems to be in sound condition though in need of some varnish work.
Clinker contruction with mahogany on oak. Solid sliding cockpit cover. 4 cylinder BMC Vedette petrol engine.
The seller would like the boat to go to a new owner who would carry out work needed in order to enjoy using this classic launch. She is open to reasonable offers.
