Accommodation
Fully custom built interior by a woodwork craftsman. There is a large double berth in the forward bedroom plus the settee in the saloon converts to a double berth for guests. Full 2.1m headroom throughout.
From forward: The bedroom has a large double bed to port with a custom wooden headboard. There is an opening door to the foredeck which has a canopy and lowering occasional table with two chairs On the starboard side is a wall mounted TV and a custom made blanket box under. Large deck hatch with triple glazing and built in blinds. Sliding door (with full length mirror) to the corridor going aft.
The corridor has extensive wardrobes and good drawers for all you needs. Plus on the centreline is the laundry with domestic washing machine and separate dryer.
The en-suite toilet compartment has a full size shower with folding doors and deep tray, marine toilet with 80 litre holding tank, basin, mirrors and all creature comforts. Full hot and cold pressurised fresh water system with a 525 litre water tank.
Aft to the very large saloon/office/diner and kitchen. On the forward bulkhead is the home office/desk area with storage, aft to a custom made settee and bench (with stowage) that can convert to another bed, with extensive cabinets opposite housing the TV. Large skylight with triple glazing and built in blinds.
The dinette is to port and forward of the galley with stools.
The L shaped galley has all the usual domestic equipment including a stainless steel 4 burner gas hob, oven, microwave, large domestic fridge, butler sink and vast amount of very clever storage. The aft square windows have external steel shutters for extra security.
Opposite the galley are lockers housing the electrical distribution panels, ironing board, and food storage in drawers under the stairs going up to the very large cockpit.
Heating is via a Baxi domestic gas boiler and this goes to a full under floor wet heating matrix with 4 zone controllers. There is an air filtration/circulation system that extracts the moist interior air, has a heat exchanger to catch residual extracted heat and re circulate fresh warm air throughout the boat. This ensures there is no condensation and a very efficient heat recovery system to keep running costs down.
Lighting is both LED downlighters and hidden colour change LED strips.
Mechanical Systems
Located under cockpit sole in a well sound proofed engine room. Year 2018 Canaline 52hp marine diesel engine. Four cylinders. Naturally aspirated. Indirect water cooling. Shaft drive to 3 blade bronze propeller. There is a weed trap above the prop to clear any obstructions. Single lever engine control. 380 litre steel fuel tank. Cruising speed is some 4 to 5 knots with a maximum speed of some 8 knots. Consumption at cruising speed is only some 1 litre per mile, giving a range of at least 350 miles.
The engine has logged only some 10 hours since installation and was last owner serviced in October 2020.

Colingwood steel hull fitted out by Suffolk Craftsmen, completed in 2018. Black painted hull and coachroof. Tiller steering to skeg hung rudder. The hull has been carefully insulated, has steel frames and cement block ballast. Cream painted non skid coachroof. Black painted non skid to forward and aft cockpits. Topsides painted and epoxied/antifouled below the waterline in 2020. Forward cockpit has a sole locker where the bow thruster can be fitted if required. Lowering antenna mast.
Her owners are selling due to relocation and will fit out another boat when Maria B is sold.
