The Standfast 47 is a luxury, seaworthy sailing yacht known for its high build quality, excellent sailing characteristics and timeless design. The deck of the Standfast 47 is designed for optimal safety and ease of use while sailing, even in harsh conditions. The teak does need some attention. The cockpit offers a sheltered, safe place to stay. The interior is spacious and comfortable. In the stern is a spacious owners cabin with its own wet cell. Amidships there is a large chart table to port and opposite a large galley in U-shape. There is a cozy saloon with comfortable sofas on both sides and a table in the middle. Toward the bow you will find a bunk bed to starboard with the second wet bar opposite. And right in the forepeak is the second double cabin. Plenty of storage space throughout and the central heating keeps it pleasantly warm inside on cold days. For longer trips there is even a water maker (needs to be checked again) and a 6kva generator newly installed in 2024.

Much of the equipment has been recently updated so you can begin your adventure on the water with confidence. The ketch rigged Standfast 47 is known for its excellent sailing performance. The yacht is stable even in heavy seas and offers a good balance between speed and comfort. This makes the yacht suitable for recreational sailors as well as the more experienced adventurers making long crossings. And should there be no wind at all, you can rely on the 90 hp Perkins diesel engine.
