INTRODUCTION

Play The Game is undoubtedly the best Sunseeker 28m available for purchase on the brokerage market, having been maintained to the highest standard since delivery. She is still under her original ownership and completed her 10-year class survey along with renewing her MCA commercial status in winter 2023. In 2018, the yacht had all exterior and interior furniture reupholstered, along with all her interior carpets replaced. Play The Game also benefitted from a refurbishment of the galley in 2022.

Play The Game offers huge outside spaces, and uninterrupted views thanks to vast glazing throughout. This is a proven platform offers fast planning speeds of up to 23 knots or a range of over 720 nautical miles at cruising speed. Play The Game can accommodate 8 guests in 4 very spacious cabins all with luxuriously appointed ensuites.

She features a full beam master cabin with generous walk-in wardrobe, a lower deck forward VIP cabin accessed by its own staircase and has a further double and twin cabin (which can be converted to a double if required) which can also be found on the lower deck.

The interior also features a huge main deck with breath taking views thanks to the large windows and open plan layout to the helm, an enclosed galley, and a day head forward. A drop-down balcony on the starboard main deck allows seamless views through to the water when in the main salon and is also a great spot for secluded dining at anchor.

Play The Game’s foredeck has two large sunbathing pads, with seating and dining table for private dining. The yacht’s flybridge offers two ’U’ shaped seating groups facing each other with "rise & fall" tables. In addition, there are two large wet bars and a hard top with retractable inner canopy to allow guests to choose between sun or shade. Her swim platform is hydraulic both to allow easy deployment of the tender and ideal for guests to access the water whilst at anchor.

Master cabin: Located on the lower deck, mid-ship, there is a full beam master stateroom with king-size bed, walk in wardrobe, seating area and desk / vanity area - ensuite bathroom with shower and large sink area.

VIP cabin: Located on the lower deck, forward of the bridge, there is a full beam VIP cabin with queen size king-size bed, walk in wardrobe, corner sofa, vanity area and ensuite shower facilities.
