MECHANICAL
Nanni 14HP twin cylinder inboard diesel engine installed new in 2004. Freshwater heat exchanger regularly serviced and laid up, recent exhaust system. 15 gallon fuel tank with a consumption per hour of one litre at a cruising speed of about 5 knots. Shaft drive to fixed 3 blade propeller. Various engine spares. Note - new engine water pump fitted August 2023, engine tested and impellor removed.
ELECTRICAL
Alternator charging to 2 x 120 amp/hr 12 volt batteries (one recent) with solar charger.
NAVIGATION
Ritchie compass, Raymarine BiData log and depth sounder, Clipper wind, Icom ICM323 DSC/VHF radio with built in GPS (2017), FM/AM radio, Garmin chart plotter, tillerpilot, clock and barometer, navigation light, steaming light, tri colour masthead light (2019) and anchor light.

DOMESTIC
240 volt ringmain and trickle charging to batteries from solar panel. Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners and grill, various pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, hand pumped cold water supply to sink from 15 gallon fixed water tank. Her separate heads compartment has a marine toilet and wash basin. Grey upholstery (2006) with blue curtains and a cushioned floor.
ACCOMMODATION:
She has 6 berths including 2 “V” berths in the forward cabin in a standard Snapdragon 27 layout with 2 quarter berths aft and her saloon table converts to a double berth.
OWNERS COMMENTS
"Gemini" was purchased by her present owner through ourselves in 2012. Her Nanni diesel was fitted in 2004, her upholstery renewed in 2006, her standing rigging in 2019 (with refurbished Plastimo furling system) and she has good electronics including a Icom VHF with built in GPS from 2017. She has been ashore since 2021 (engine was laid up and heating placed in the boat over winter) due to owners ill health, so now needs some TLC but could be a fine family boat given some cosmetic & commissioning work.
