Leon remained as S2 Yachts chairman of the board until his retirement at the age of 93; his honors include Manufacturing Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young and induction into the Hall of Fame of the National Marine Manufacturers Association. Slikkers’ youngest son Tom is CEO of S2 Yachts currently. 

Tiara Yachts has evolved to produce luxurious inboard and outboard powerboats in the 35- to 60-foot bracket. The EX 60, the brand’s largest model, was launched in 2022. The fleet is characterized by timeless elegance, high standards of comfort, and innovative engineering and design. 

 

Model Ranges/Models of Tiara Yachts

 

Throughout its history, Tiara Yachts (S2 Yachts, now known as  is the parent company) has produced many models, taking the successes from each and incorporating them into later designs. Popular ranges that can still be found widely on the used market include the Tiara Series (including the 31 Tiara, 39 Open, and 43 Open), as well as the 44 and 53 Flybridge models, and the four models in the Tiara Coupe Series of luxury cruising yachts. 

The current lineup of Tiara Yachts consists of 10 models across four ranges. The EX Series includes the EX 54 and the EX 60, the brand’s largest model. The design focuses on inside/outside living, huge spaces including drop down decks, precision engineering in partnership with Volvo Penta to ensure a smooth, quiet ride, and a range of customizable layouts.

The LE Series, which consists of the 43 LE and the 48 LE, is the brand’s luxury express offering, blending the utmost in comfort with everything needed for a weekend of adventure. Options include the power-rotating buffet lounge module or the adventure module, which provides the space and amenities needed for a day of fishing. Triple Mercury 600 V12 Verado® engines offer excellent performance, while inside you’ll find two cabins, two heads, a light-filled saloon, and galley. 

There are five models in the popular LS Series, ranging from the 34 LS to the 56 LS. These are sleek yet sporty cruisers, packed with all the home comforts and luxuries you could need as well as the highest specification sportfishing equipment. Available in the standard model or the adventure model, these yachts promise days of exhilarating fun and big game fishing, as well as weekends cruising and entertaining with accommodation for up to four guests. The 56 LS is the largest in the range, powered by four Mercury 600 HP Verado^® engines. It offers full walkaround deck space for fishing, as well as two spacious staterooms. 

Mention must also be made of the 34 LX in the LX Series. This luxury crossover offers comfort and functionality, with transformational seating, well-equipped galley, and head for a day of comfortable cruising.
